The Husqvarna 701 Enduro was officially unveiled to the world at the end of October, although most of us already knew it was coming thanks to various magazines and websites spotting it out and about during testing!
Built on the same 690cc single-cylinder platform as the 701 Supermoto, which comes out of the factory on ContiAttack SM tyres designed specifically for supermoto machines, the enduro version makes 67bhp, and can be made A2 licence compliant, giving less experienced riders the chance to get their hands on this too.
To ensure that this bike really can tackle any kind of terrain, the Swedish firm have opted to fit the Continental TKC 80 tyres as standard.
The TKC 80 has been tried and tested for many years by leading adventure riders around the globe, and is widely seen as the best on/off-road tyre in it’s class.
To compliment the official unveiling, Husqvarna have also put together this fantastic video showing just what this bike can do. It’s well worth a watch, but be warned, you’ll probably want to buy one in just over three minutes time…
