Last year was more than a little bit quiet at Darvill Racing HQ on the Isle of Man, however, this year promises to be anything but!
With former rider Chris Foster coming out of retirement, Team Principal Alex Aitchison literally jumped at the chance to get back out on both road and track.
Both Chris and teammate Keith McKay decided to hang up their leathers last year, which led to Darvill supporting French road racer Eric Lenser at the Manx GP and Classic TT, and fielding a bike for the parade lap.
However, this year they’ve already got multiple dates in the diary both in the UK and Europe, and will once again be using Continental race rubber across their various machines.
The SV650 SuperTwin will be in action at the ARA Championship at Jurby, with trips to Horice, Kopcany and Bremerhaven on mainland Europe also in the pipeline.
The year finishes with a flourish as the team compete in the Southern 100, Classic TT, Manx GP and ARA 4 Hour Endurance.
Eric Lenser will also be back in action supported by Darvill on the RS250, and their prized Desmo Ducati will be getting an outing at Cadwell Park in June.
We look forward to following their progress this year and will keep you updated!
