After a fantastic year in 2015, the team at Classic Bike Trackdays have announced their first dates of the New Year.
Classic Bike Trackdays offer a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere both on and off the track and give classic bike owners the chance to come together, get some track time at some great circuits, and indulge in their love of older machines. Events are exclusively open to bikes made pre-1995, with bikes organised by age, capacity and rider experience for maximum enjoyment, with free professional tuition available throughout the day.
Two dates for 2016 have been announced so far, and as a regular supporter of Classic Bike Trackdays, we will be on hand to offer tyre advice and fitting through one of our specialist race partners.
- Bikers Classic, Spa Francorchamps – 1st – 3rd July 2016
An incredible three day event at what could be described as one of the best race tracks in the world. Classic Bike Trackdays have secured 50 places, across three reserved F1 pit garages, with light hospitality available over the course of the weekend. A quick ferry journey to mainland Europe and a short hop across to Belgium and you’re there!
- Cadwell Park – 9th – 10th July
An annual pilgrimage for CBT, the Saturday session features 11 hours of track time in total. Sunday is a slightly more relaxed affair with just 5 sessions, with a discount available for those who choose to do both days! Friday and Saturday night camping is available free of charge to any riders who book, with bands and a bar on the Saturday to keep you entertained.
Clubs and spectators are all welcome at Cadwell Park, with a lunchtime parade giving you the chance to experience a few laps including the infamous mountain on your own bike.
At Continental we offer a range of high performance rubber for your classic including the ContiClassicAttack, as used for the Pro-Am Revival at the Silverstone MotoGP in 2015. The ContiRoadAttack 2 CR is also a very popular choice amongst classic race teams, including 2015 European Classic Bike Series endurance champions Sweatshop Phase One.
We’ll see you there!
